Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to secure their preferred time slots. Bookings can be made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Cancellation Policy: We kindly request that cancellations or rescheduling of appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on a waitlist for appointments. Waitlist Policy: If your desired appointment time is unavailable, we offer a waitlist option.
