The 180-Day Platinum Health Coaching Program is designed for those who want more time, support, and guidance to create meaningful, sustainable changes. Over six months, we’ll work together to build healthier routines, strengthen habits, and address the challenges that impact your energy, well-being, and goals. Includes 24 personalized coaching sessions (45–60 minutes each), typically two sessions per month, plus email/text support, resources, and accountability between sessions. This extended program allows for deeper exploration, consistent accountability, and the time needed to create changes that become part of your lifestyle.
