Stress and anxiety have been escalating dramatically in the past two months. We now have something else to worry about; not only a family to take care off, stress at work or just life in general; but now an agressive virus that we still don't know what damage it can have long term and that has us living in isolation. Taking care of our bodies and mental health it's more important than ever to have a body that can fight infection and find the resilience to cope with this new lifestyle and limitations.
